I made also the mistake to cancel a few buy orders, and of course, the system didnt give me my money back as it should, hopefully it’s somewhere and wont have disappeared when the bug will be corrected :/

That has happened before (about a year ago…) Those things are now somewhere in the aether and will appear back. One day…
I have the same issue, also it seems that some of the items I put to sell are missing on the list.. Please fix it, it is really annoying..

I googled this issue. Found a lot of posts in the last few hours.
As “support” we get only 2 posts which only ask if we tried to restart.
Then a lot of answers saying we did and nothing. Then silence.
Can we have any acknoledgement of the issue and an ETA?

As far as I am aware, those posts were from two weeks ago when the exact same issue appeared. Why is this happening again?
I am assuming something has gotten messed up with the free trial accounts again, but then, why do only EU accounts seem to be affected?
I doubt we are going to get much support until Tuesday, seeing as it is a holiday weekend. Best we can do is hope it fixes itself shortly, otherwise we will be without the TP for a day or two.
Same problem as everybody else. With the addition that I also can’t purchase gems or buy cash shop items with my gems(including server transfer) until I “upgrade from the free-trial”. My account is not a trial account.

Can’t sell anything on the TP either. Tried relogging but still nothing. Hopefully it will sort itself out soon.

Got the same problem here. The Trading Post seems to think I ave a trial account, while I’m playing from day one.. I can’t buy or sell anything from/on the Trading Post. Relogged multiple times and tried other characters nothing helped (EU server).

Have you folks tried re-logging? A few people had this issue yesterday and it resolved itself.

Ah you were reffering to their suggestion. Yes, the suggestions are from 2 weeks ago.

Finally some acknowledgement of the issue by Anet on thier twitter account… sigh it should NOT have taken 2 hours to be acknowledged that there was an issue…

I think there are general issues with the tp. I can’t buy anything now either, I keep getting the sorry no items matched etc. I’ve read elsewhere that this still counts as a buy so beware when you keep clicking buy !
And I know some people can buy because somebody just bought the item at the price I wanted to buy…
It just started doing it to me, reloged and restarted got a load to sell. Please sort it
