Each 5 minutes more or less i take a black screen and i must shut down the game, sometime the game crashes in the login screen or in loading screen. I’ve tried all kind of solutons: i open the routers ports, i check my hardware.
this is mi configuration:

Please update your video card drivers from Nvidia’s website — only install official drivers and not beta drivers.

Then try again.

Hi magus,

I guess you are playing on a laptop?

Your system should be able to handle Guild Wars 2 without any problems, but you might try the following:
- As HykCraft mentioned update your graphic card drivers
- Update your sound card drivers
- Set your graphic settings to the lowest (“Best performance”)
- Check if your system is too hot (by hand or use tools like CPU-Z and GPU-Z)
- Try to repair your Guild Wars 2 installation (https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/28148006-Repairing-the-Game-Client)
- Try to disable the sound for Guild Wars 2 (follow the instructions for repairing but use “-nosound” instead of “-repair”)
- Do not fiddle with your router settings, if you can start the game and play it (at least for some minutes) everything related to your router is working fine

If none of the above helps:
- Check if your system needs some cleaning (i.e. dust on case openings)
- Update everything else on your system (windows update, other drivers)
- Uninstall Guild Wars 2 and redownload it completey

You might also want to check if your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit. It is likely 64-bit, but you should double check to make sure. People have encountered issues running GW2 on a 32-bit Windows OS before, so that could be contributing to the problem if that’s what you’re running.

uhmm … only some more, but all may be a bit time and money consuming:

- completetely reinstall Windows, all drivers and Guild Wars 2 – nothing else – and try again
- find s.o. near your location which has some experience with computers 8espacially hardware issues which might be the case – hard to tell from distance) and ask him/her
- buy a new computer
