I’ve been unable to view any of the new cinematics from the Point of No Return patch, be it during the story quest or when I try to rewatch them from Vigil Warmaster Wylliam. All I see is a black screen with no sound. The Heart of Thorns trailer does show subtitles though, but that’s it.
How can this be fixed?
