Guild Wars 2

So is this problem going to be fixed any time soon? The waypoint is up, the gates are closed.
The only way you can get in or out is via a mesmer climbling to the top of the hill and dropping down to create portals between the waypoint and inside the gate.
Anet to fix this ASAP i get a lot of talk about how how noone can finish their story or do Arah dungeon runs.

So Anet, its easier to move this question to another forum than it is to actally fix the problem?
