To the best of my knowledge, the Blackwicker SP (centaur area in wvw) has been down for several days. It still appears to be bugged as of now, there is no npc or commune thing available, nor does any monster spawn if you sit there and wait.
I know you’re got a lot on your hands, but whenever you can get around to it would be much appreciated.
