Am I the only one that is experiencing this new ‘feature’?
Still no BLTC!
Awesomium.log has “ERROR:tcp_client_socket_win.cc(505)] connect failed: 10013”
Cmon Anet! Fix this.

Everyone on the BLTC forum says they can see the Gem Store et al, but this is still broken for me.
This has happened to me from time to time and I honestly have no clue what triggers it 100% of the time, but I do know that it’s most commonly happened in a high pop server or an overflow.
Also, sometimes it’s something to do with how my system communicates with ANet’s servers (sometimes I’ll get a network error, but won’t get logged out because of it. However, certain features like chat will be all kinds of wonky.)
In the event that it is some kind of server communication error, maybe try cycling your router? Idk man, but you’re not the only one who’s seen it and it’s not a new thing (which doesn’t make it any better I know lol)
Edit: Missed that socket error post. Definitely try cycling your modem and/or router o.O
Thank you for your input. I did recycle my router, but that did not clear up the TCP socket error, so I still cannot access the BLTC.
Do you get a total black screen? I can see anything but the Gem Store screen without problems. When I go to the Gem Store my screen turns black. I have gotten that for a while. I end up having to tab to my desktop and back to the game. This fixes it for me.
Kerry, I get a total blank screen that has tabs. All the tabs are blank. Tabbing doesnt work but thank you for the suggestion.
TO ANET: I did more digging and now I can see that awesomium_process.exe app (which is for the BLTC) crashes with this error message “Failed to properly initialize (0×00000142)”.
Day 4. I am not going to go away Anet!

I did notice I got a game client disconnect the first log in after the patch that said the server I logged into was full.
I cant help but feel this error was generated because of the new megaservers.
4 days and I cant buy gems or anything!!!!!!!
lol, I take it you are a PC player? It’s funny to see you guys whining about tp being offline for three days, when we go without it for 3 WEEKS. Although to be fair, it only took anet about 10 days to fix the last Mac tp issue.
I do get why you are upset though, we paid for this and should get a functioning product =P.
I am not using a Mac. Thank you for your input, snowfaire.
If it is going to take Anet 3 WEEKS to fix this, I might as well go play another game.
