Guild Wars 2

The warrior torch 4 skill blaze breaker gives an no line of sight warning and refuses to fire if you are not exactly facing your targeted foe.
It also will not cause your character to turn around to face the foe if used while standing still as most if not all other skills do.

Can confirm, still a problem. Recently submitted a bug report. Bumping this so it hopefully makes it onto the Known Issue Tracker.
