Guild Wars 2

I have been unable to use Blink…I have a human mesmer level 37
What happens is I click the skill and the butterflies appear but nothing else
happens,the mesmer does not move.

My friend tells me I should be seeing a target that I move to the location that I want to go to but I see nothing in my game

Make sure u dont have fast-cast ground targeting skills ticked on in game options. It cast all targeting skills on ur own feet and makes blink not work.
