Guild Wars 2

I have just paid to retrain my traits at the warrior trainer in LA, and it has reset my traits – but has now blocked access to the grandmaster section of traits.

Bump, same bug just happened to me. 3 weeks old Lv80 Guardian, legitimately spentthe gold and bought/used all 3 skill books and had access to all tiers.
Just retrained 5 minutes ago on 4/14/2013 at the guardian trainer in LA. Poof, grandmaster rights taken away and since we can’t reuse the GM manual, character effectively broken
