Blocked people messaging...
If you’ve blocked them, they can’t message you from the account you blocked. They can log onto other accounts and message you that way.
If you are referring to those selling Gold, they will always have another account to message you with.
Block and report.
If it’s something other than what Rose or IC mentioned above, you’ll need to contact Customer Support by creating a ticket. Once people are on your block list, they can’t whisper or message you and you won’t see their chat.
