Nobody is currently able to do it since the NPC that’s suppose to allow you to go through the gate is not there. I’ve already submitted a ticket and y’alls lazy kitten ain’t doing anything. I would like to be able to do the dang quest before the halloween event is over……
It’s in black citadel and also the waypoint that is right by it is broke also. It has no name for the waypoint.
As far as I know, there is no Blood and Madness quest this year.
There is, however, an anomaly where the gold star shows up, but it does, and has done, this all year.
Ah ok. I never noticed it since I never go to black citadel and paid attention to it lol.
