Tried doing the bloodstone harvest current event and upon sighting the last beast (the shark) the event didn’t complete for me.

You can try again, try a -repair of the client, and/or contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.

Ahh, yes. There’s the ‘sighting’ part, and the ‘killing’ part.
