Guild Wars 2

In the cave by Deadend waypoint there is supposed to be an Asuran named “Agent Xinn” whom you can fight as a skill challenge. I’ve looked up youtube videos and seen screens of them being there, yet everytime I go to that cave I never find anybody there. The message of Xinn saying something to your character will pop up but i’ll never physically see them so I cannot initiate the challenge.

Bugged for me as well on Yak’s Bend.

bugged for me on borlis pass. its the only item i need to finish my map completion of the area. any updates on this?!

I have just completed it

this was bugged for me today, but not quite in the same manner. I took my lvl 40 asura necromancer there for my story line quest. I was standing outside the cave, there were no other players anywhere in sight and my flesh golem went up to the npc and the event started

Still bugged.
If I go close to the Skill Challenge marker, Agent Xinn talks to me, but he’s nowhere to be seen.
