Guild Wars 2

The door is always lock and i tried to go around got the vista but whenever i try to go near the poi and the skill point, i got ported out for some reason. Is this skill point and poi bugged?

If the Tadiha Covington event chain is running, you can’t get inside. Either wait for the timer to run out or participate in finishing the event chain to gain access.
