I think it’s cause of this new change in the last patch:

“- WvW siege blueprints now return to your inventory anytime they would previously have been dropped on the ground, such as when swapping weapons, utilizing a noncombat transform, or acquiring another bundle.”

If you hold a siege blueprint while your character stows his weapon automatically after no skill was used for some time the blueprint gets removed and is not placed in the inventory. So you lose the blueprint.

I don’t think it’s just weapon stowing. I was testing it out and siege was disappearing fairly randomly.

Wasn’t in combat and selected siege and it was deleted in 28 sec.
Hit an ambient rabbit and selected siege and it was deleted almost instantaneously
Hit another rabbit again and selected siege and it was deleted in 36 sec.
Had a wolf put me in combat and stay in combat and it was deleted in 6 sec.

Had this happen all night, lost about 30 rams during our raid into thin air(holding the siege it would delete itself from my hands, also wouldn’t actually place 1/2 the time i threw it) I had to stop throwing guild catas because it was worse than throwing my money down the mystic toilet.

Same here. Lost count of the number of rams and catas that disappeared into thin air tonight. If I changed weapons and then made sure the weapon was stowed, I had a better chance of getting siege to deploy. Def bugged.

Yes it was very random for me last night. I lost 12 Guild Catapult blue prints, 15 Superior Flame Ram blue printers and 5 Ballista blue prints last night for no reason. Some times they wouldn’t even show the blue print in my hands before it just disappears from my inventory.

I submitted a support ticket, I suggest anyone else does the same. I fully expect to be reimbursed for my losses, I lost about 22g worth of siege due to this last night…
