Guild Wars 2

Tooltip states it should hit 8 times, it only hits 4 times.
Is this a bug or is the tooltip outdated?

maybe it was meant like up to 8hits with multiple enemies, i dunno
but anet should really look into all of the tooltips from the mesmer !!, eg. illusionary warden is supposed to do 70dmg at lvl 80, 3months since launch has passed and still unfixed at all, this is just ridiculous
