Still not working after restart.
probably on the same line as the thief traitline which increases ‘Steal’ recharge rate, doesn’t work either.
Doesn’t work after the emergency patch. What could be more of an emergency than Mesmers?
What are the durations on these boons? What are increasing durations on them is it runes or traits.
If it traits then is could be class related as it works fine on my Ranger.

Runes and Traits are both not working. Durations are anywhere from 4-15 seconds.
Tried it with both my own buffs and other peoples buffs cast on me.
You know, I thought something was off. I have some traits dumped into increasing my confusion duration and to my eyes, it appeared that confusion was lasting just as long as before.
I’m pretty sure the signet to increase boon duration works though. I used it in conjunction with the one that gives you a random boon every 10 seconds and it appeared to be increasing the boon duration.

I’m not actually using any runes. There are two signets that we get as mesmers (their names elude me), but one gives you a random boon every 10 seconds and the other should theoretically increase your boon durations/share all boons with nearby players (I think it only does it for party members, not randoms).
Assuming what is being said is true, then that signet should not be working.
After more testing it looks like boon duration is working on some skills; For example the focus skill that gives you sprint when you run through it.
Buffs from Chaos Storm though seem to not be affected.
I can also confirm that condition duration is not increasing AT ALL after investing heavily into stacking Runes on my ranger for the very purpose of increasing my bleed and poison times from abilities. The bleed times have not been increased at all for any of my Ranger’s abilities.
It’s completely broken at the moment.
Please fix!
Conditions are definitely not working properly since for example, the vulnerability condition given by Opening Strike (for the player and pet) and Hunter’s Shot don’t always stack properly, regardless of how you apply them.

Mesmer boon duration is not currently affected by our Chaos trait line that gives +%
Haven’t done extensive testing but it’s very obvious that it’s not working properly
have you done ANY testing, or have you only looked at tooltips? cause the tooltips are in quite a few cases known to be incorrect, including in regard to condition and boon durations
Tooltips were correct. I went back to do some testing tonight but oddly enough I am getting the bonus from my stats now.
I don’t know what caused me to not get the bonus on my boons earlier but they had a distinct discrepancy between their tooltip and how long they would last.
As of right now though they’re working just fine. Go figure.
