I’m not sure if maybe it’s me having bad luck but when I double-clicked the Boot Requisition Order ticket and talked to the bandit crest collector, I wasn’t able to get the carapace box for the boots for free at all. I tried switching to the character I finished the current living story and still not good. Was there a requirement or extra step I missed?

I don’t believe it allows you to ‘get the boots for free’, but rather it allows you to purchase the boots. Before acquiring the Requisition Order, the boots don’t show up for purchase, so they?
