I just logged in, and all my boots on only my thief have taken on the heavy scale helmet skin. When the helm appearing boots are equipped, the resulting appearance is bare feet, and the scale helmet merged with the currently equipped head style. Relogging didn’t fix. None of the other characters seem affected, and I had a friend check his thief, but he said his was normal.

…What?

I did change my head style to those horns from the trading post yesterday. I was going to do it for Daredevil on the beta weekend but they never appeared in the wardrobe for my beta character. This is the only thing I can think of that might have brought this on. Although, I did relog several times yesterday since making the change, and this didn’t happen.

I’m also having this issue. It’s kind of hilarious. At first I thought it was because I played before the patch finished downloading, but even after a full relaunch I have the issue.

Same issue for me on my Engi. Just seemed to randomly happen whilst playing in Harathi Hinterlands. Had the boots for ages, so presumably can’t be vendor issue.

similar issue. I haven’t seen this myself yet and hope not to.

I warned you to limit yourself to two moots in a night.

I got the opposite today. My helmet turned into boots. I logged off and logged back in but it’s still bugged. I sent a bug report.

This brings a whole new meaning to the line “Boot to the head!” from that one song/skit…

Also happened to me, THINK I used to use the medium accended skin on it.

I found the same bug on my ranger a couple days ago. I hadn’t logged into the character in a while, so I doubt it was something player-triggered. They were standard 80 exotic berserker boots transmuted as “stalker boots” as labeled in the wardrobe. Strange anomaly, to be sure.

Edit. It also changed the exotic soldier boots in my inventory, same story.
