Triple trouble: Wurm’s Bane sometimes isn’t given after success, bronze chest after decapitations the same.
Svanir’s Bane: I killed shaman ~7 times and no achievement.
Dispelling Shadows: After closing portals in less than 20 seconds no achievement.

Add the hydra queen achievement to that list too.

Ouch. Hope this bug is fixed soon.

And while they’re at it, hopefully they’ll fix the “That Had to Burn” achievement too that’s been broken ever since Tequatl got beefed up.

Ah I forgot about this, it’s bugged too, tried 2 times and at 3rd try I received achievement.

And it’s no longer possible to get the “That had to burn” ach vs Tequatl
