Botting reports-unanswered
Just submit report and let it run the course through proper channel in game. It will take anet awhile to process them. If anet doesn’t care then well …. /crickets ….
Both your videos has names, it’s against forum rules to name and shame. I’d suggest removing those links.
If you have submitted a ticket and got no reply for some days you can post about it in this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/GW2-Tickets-for-Review-3-days-older-1. It’s possible you will get a response about the status of your ticket in a few hours there. However, I don’t think they would usually reply to those type of reports, unless they need more info and such, but give it a try and post there.
Also yes, I would advice avoiding any naming and shaming when reporting these things on forums, it’s frowned upon as you know. Also yes, this is Support section but it’s the Bugs sub-section. It would fit better under Technical Support or any other Support sub-section.
Unless you create a support ticket, you are very unlikely to get any reply back. And when you report player behavior, you almost certainly never get an indication of what action, if any, ANet has taken. (This is to prevent RMTs, botters, and other rule breakers from learning the precise details of what does/does not trigger specific actions.)
I suppose it makes sense that Anet wouldn’t specify what they have done, but I can tell that the hackers are still at large as they are on the move every single night…
If I remove the videos, I struggle to see the point of the post as there is no evidence to even ground my claims or discussion. This was kinda just a last ditch effort
You can also report exploits and WvW hackers to exploits@arena.net

I was suggesting you create an official support ticket; include your evidence with that (or just email exploits@arena.net). Posting here doesn’t necessarily mean you get a reply.
