First, yes I understand what you are supposed to do to complete the achievement. I’ve read up on the guide and viewed the video on dulfy, have seen other players complete it in other videos on youtube. However, these videos are about a month old and it’s my understanding that this achievement is part 1 of The Dragon’s Reach living story. Does this mean I’m too late to do it? If so, a deadline would’ve been nice.

The problem I’m seeing is that the champion mordrem thrasher is not applying an effect to my character, thus preventing me from interacting with the nectars it drops. I’ve tried soloing it, in a party, even had a mini zerg on it and other people who NEED to complete the achievement can’t get it. Please fix, thank you.

tl:dr bottoms up achievement bugged. champ not applying effect, does not allow to pick up nectar, needs fix.

As far as I know, you do not need to have any effect (or Poison) on you to drink the nectar. It may possibly be a new bug introduced with the 9/9 patch. (Quite possible, as the patch altered many core rules behind bundle items and interactions.) I’d report it as a bug both in-game and on the Bugs forum and hopefully you’ll get a response.

yes it’s a common bug,hope they will fix it
