Down with the braindead faceroll classes.
Bought 5x fine transmutation stones with gems and received nothing.
No mail after relogging, switching chars, changing zones, or anything you could think of.
I bought the gems and the stones while inside an instance (chantry of secrets), maybe that has something to do with it?

Delete all the mail in your inbox — it can be “too full” for the BL TC sometimes (even though it doesn’t look full or the tooltip says x/10, where x < 10).
For support tickets, you don’t have to create an account — go to “support” above, then “ask a question” and enter the email address you want them to use.

that also happening to me and i’ve wait 4 days, report 2 bugs and nothing.. then i read this forum and i’ve delete all the e-mails and the stones arrived immediatly!! and also % mails that i dindt receive before cause i have too many mails!!

I think it’s good for people to keep reporting this: there is an actual bug (6/10 = full) and there is confusion about the UI (full box = no gem shop email, but still get other system mail).
I believe the devs have stated that they plan on making changes to both. So in the meantime, we just need to keep our inbox clear (good idea in any case).
Just to add a bit more, it seems that all the mails that you send or receive while inside an instance just disappear, you just have to be patient and as stated above delete all the mails.
