I only receive a ring and a golem bank

The more important stuffs like guild influence and other stuffs are not in my mail.

My Tome of Influence didn’t even do anything when I used it while representing my guild.

You only get the Tome of Influence and that Chalice of Glory once, so be sure you didn’t grab it on another character accidentally. I’m not sure they’ll replace them.
