I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the TP. Once in a while, the queue hiccups and items or gold show up a bit later than expected
If you want to get individualized attention, create a support ticket (follow the link at the top left). The forums are useful for alerting the community and ANet to the existence of a bug; you can’t get a refund simply by posting here.

Make sure to clear out any Mail, as well, because as odd as it sounds, the queues can affect each other.
