Bought character slot, not showing =\
I bought my first one just a few minutes ago, and I didn’t get the slot either. Somehow I couldn’t purchase more at the same time either.
I just had the exact same thing happen. Bought my first slot. Shows up in my “Recent Purchases”, I’m 800 gems lighter and NO SLOT!
Something is wrong with the networking and/or servers right now. Nobody can transfer and nobody is getting their upgrades. Hopefully they can fix it quickly. Didn’t they just release a patch?
Very sorry about this inconvenience, guys. It took me about two minutes to log into the forum, through four tries, so I think that things are just busy. I have been told that sometimes it helps to log completely out of the game and then log back in. Also, I’ve read of instances where the purchase item shows up later. (In one case it was hours later, but that is not the norm!)
If you find that you’re still missing your purchase items after, say, one hour, could you please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you at that time.

Is that the same reason as why I currently can’t log in to the support, to check my ticket status ? Because I’ve noted my password on paper, and even though I enter it correctly, it still tells me that my password is wrong.
The character select screen also only shows 7 characters I think. With the 8th slot there should a be little arrow on the right side that let’s you scroll over.

I am experiencing the same issue after purchasing my first character slot expansion. I was deducted of 800 gems, but when I log out to check I did not receive an extra slot. Any further attempts to purchase more slots lead to nothing happening (no errors, no decrease in gems etc.). Afterwards I attempted to purchase a 5 karma booster set the transaction for that, too, did not go through.
After encountering that issue, any further purchases of gems still lead to a successful transaction (I got an email confirming it) but the amount of gems shown in-game still reflects the same amount I had since I bought my first character expansion slot.
Resetting the game client, logging into different characters and resetting the computer did nothing to reflect any of the changes (purchases of items and gems) made after buying my first character expansion slot.
Ok, the team is in full swing to address this. Thanks again for your reports and for your patience. We should have this fixed in… as long as it takes the team (which is usually not long at all).
