Problem is they require the serial key and I can’t find my serial key because I probably deleted the email =(
No CD-key (Serial Code) number is necessary.
From the form used to submit a ticket:
Please enter your alphanumeric serial code (if available) in the form ABCDE6-FGHI5-JKL4-MN3-OPQRST7. This code can be found in the email you received upon purchasing the game (if you bought online directly from us) or with the packaging of game (if you bought a physical copy). If you don’t know this information, just leave this field blank.
Well i must say i have to same problem.. i have bought 2x the same ascended ring wiht laurets currency, and just like the guy above i couldn’t equip the 2nd one… and that was the moment i have discovered the UNIQUE part of the rings .
and i own physical copy of game.

Yes, it would be.
I don’t think that support will do anything, but you can try… I for myself would equip that earring on another character, wait 2 weeks for the next 12 guild commendations and buy the right one… I think that will surely be faster and 5 gold is not worth all that…
