Received my gems, but did NOT receive the mini nor the glider or anything.

Be aware, the FAQ states it can be 3 or 4 hours before receiving items.

If, after a day, you have yet to receive your bonus items, you can contact the CS Team through the ‘Support’ link above/below.

Try restarting the game. Got mine that way.
