This food regenerates health for around 22 HP instead of ~220 HP and I wonder what is up with that.

What makes you think it would regenerate 220/s? Even the lv80 equivalent only regenerates 85/s. The custard is equivalent to an Apple Pie which gives 21/s regeneration.

Sometimes this works as a mystic tonic. I changed into a spider after eating it twice.
