It seems you guys have a problem with helmets & beards. First the cultural 1st Tier Norn helmet makes your beard disappear completely.

Now Braham’s Heavy Armor Skin makes player’s beards disappear completely again.

One of the coolest looking helmets in game leaves you with a shaved look.

What’s the point of having beards in game if you can’t see them with your favorite helms?

The same bug again. Blah I was uncertain if this was something I was going to put money into. Now it seems not.

Yeah, not sure why they keep repeating the bug on every new one they release when it’s obvious they are aware of it since they fix it later on many like the draconic helm. Why go through the dance each time instead of just releasing it correctly the first time?

It’s especially strange since this is a gem item — one of only a very few armor skins on the store. You would think they would put the attention into it, as they presumably want money from its sales.

ArenaNet:
As the poster above demonstrates, doing this actually costs you sales/revenue. And some permanently, as I’m sure they won’t always keep checking the preview on the off chance it’s fixed and they then buy it.

It looked good enough I was willing to put up with it this time, but why should someone who patronizes the store have to do so unnecessarily?
