Hi,

I’ve recently completed the Silvari personal story Flower of Death which completed the Branching Out achievement.

The achievement has been updated in my hero log however I have not been awarded the Mastery Point.

If you have never done the Personal Story on any character before (Sylvari or otherwise), you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

If you have done the L30 arc on any character (any race) before, you will have already received the only Mastery Point awarded.

If you completed that Story Level arc on any other race/character, you won’t get another Mastery Point. Only 8 Mastery Points are awarded per Personal Story per account. One for each PS Level arc.

There are 66 Central Tyria mastery point Central Tyria points available. Note that for the Hero achievements, a mastery point is only awarded the first time a player completes the personal story arc for that level (25 achievements, from which 11 points are obtainable).

This was the first time I’d completed the Personal Story – as it was the first time I’d completed the achievement.

First time completing the achievement doesn’t matter. It is still possible to have completed that chapter number on a different character of a different race.
