from the patch notes:
Players who have completed the Living World Episode 3 storyline may now skip directly to the boss at the end of the Frozen Out instance by interacting with the Brazier of Heroic Deeds, which is located near the beginning of the instance.

I have found what I believe to be the brazier, but I can’t do anything with it, it can’t be selected and there is no prompt to press F. Pressing F does nothing. I have finished the story before (see screenshot). Is this the right brazier? have I missed something obvious or is it just bugged? I tried restarting the instance and still nothing.

They probably meant “characters” rather than “players”. So repeating it for the achievement wouldn’t take as long.

I’ve had the same problem. My main character had already finished the story when the brazier was added. When I went back to that instance (after the brazier was added) to try to get the final boss achievements, I couldn’t interact with the brazier. I even replayed through the entire chapter to see if that triggered it, but nope. So, I’m missing something too, apparently.

I just tried it on two characters that completed the instance before any of the bugfixes or brazier got added and on one that just completed the instance today. It worked on all of them.

Yeah, I just tried it again, and it somehow works now. Weird. I wonder what the difference between today and two/three days ago is.

I tried restarting using the ‘quit this episode button’.
Then I tried logging into another character who had completed it and restarted the story, then logged back to my character I’m trying to use the brazier on.

Something that is probably unrelated… I also just noticed that the master achievement award icon is not lit up and shows the normal icon on my hero panel instead of master. I have the gauntlets and as far as I’m aware, that is what the master status is for. The only achievement not completed is Koda’s Blessing.

But anyway, looks like I will just have to slog through the waves of HP sponges again.

Could be worse. Could be waves of HP sponges that spams immobilize.
