Was in WvWs today, we just broke into our Underworld borderlands Greenlake tower, killed the npcs in the ring you stand to cap, the second last one died, I turned & saw the npc Commander walking right in front of the door & siege was already being placed.

This is surely a bug, as we hadn`t even gotten the tower capped yet.
