Breaking Guild Auras in WvW
Ive been getting this although no guilds are claiming the objective.
They removed the text showing when guilds claim, so you gotta watch to see if the flag the is tower/camp’s spamming out. Also Auras work just like Boons so if the guild doing this has a higher level aura than your guild’s it will ignore your aura.
I’m on kaineng, and this happens on maps where theres literally nobody but me, and even in camps, below is just one of the many reddit threads complaining about it, yours was the only thread I found on here

This is very annoying. After all the hard kitten work me and my guildies threw in these upgrades, only to have them not work…is quite frankly stupid.
Yes I have this issue as well. In our home borderland I claimed the northeast tower and had our aura buff there. Then I claimed the southeast tower and the aura buff did not move with the claim. I then checked out our claim in EB and even though our guild had the tower claimed we had no aura buffs. We also went to an enemy borderland and claimed something but the same thing happened. So it seems like we can only have Aura Buffs on one structure in all of WvW and it can only reset if an enemy captures/flips the structure?
This is still broken. Claimed two camps and a tower to confirm. It would be nice to get an ETA since whether this guild buff works or not affects build order for the guild hall. I am not poring more gold and resources into functionality that does not work.
It seems more like they just aren’t working to me. Seems to have broken when the waypoints moved from the towers to the keeps.
Just finished keep claiming and claimed our keep in EBG, still no guild auras this is really dumb, if a person put points into a mastery and didn’t get their thing i bet there would of been a fix within the day, yeah? And yes this example is perfectly comparable because auras are essentially WvW’ers mastery tracks, touch this mushroom get this buff/ go to your claimed tower get this buff.. see?

I’m just glad it’s not my guild alone this is happening to, I thought the fault might have lied with us getting the speed aura. I can’t wait until this is fixed!

Checked yesterday evening. It is still not working.
Originally, we were pretty psyched because we could use the claimed tower as a focus of a vigorous defense because it was ours and we had buffs that benefited us in rewards if we succeeded.
Now, we don’t care and just move on to the next tower.

Another bump, also experiencing this in my guild too. We have Aura Level 5 unlocked and it’s not working on anything we claim any longer for the past week and a half. No response at all from Anet about this.
Sucks spending so much money into getting this, as its really one of the few things guild halls make sense for for a WvW guild, and its not working.
My guild has also been experiencing this issue. We are up to aura level 5 but it has not actually worked since it was level 3 and wasn’t consistent even then. It would be nice if Anet would at least acknowledge this problem and let us know the status. It is really bumming out my guildies because we have spent a lot of gold and effort upgrading our guild hall only to have it not even work. Is there any point to our continued efforts? Please tell us something, Anet.

Still not fixed, it’s been at least 2 weeks since it broke. Guilds have spent a lot time, effort and a ton of money to be able to use these. It’s discouraging when something we love to play (WvW) is over looked and put on the back shelf.
Bump again, since Dev’s are obviously here but only paying attention to some lame story bugs that impacts 5 people.

Heh guys, remember how long is took them to fix a thing like daily for ruins in WvW.
Do not get your hopes up for a quick fix.
Heard this was fixed in today’s patch, anyone can confirm?
