Not advertising this so that people can exploit it but so that devs can look into what the problem is and community can see if this is something that can be recreated . At this exact location on the minimap I clicked Mesmer Staff skill 2 and fell through the map and into water. Wasn’t recording at the time so I just took a screen shot

I have actually made it one of my goals in game to seek and search out glitches like this one and to report them, it’s pretty neat to find them sometimes. There are more of these “terrain” glitches out there than what people think that I have found.

One quick note, if you go to your game options and use the Report a Bug tool, it will send the appropriate info to the devs. Without using the forums

That is is more of a special feature for Phase Retreat than a normal terrain glitch. A friend of mine stopped using staff on his mesmer because of this. He was falling through the map so frequently it became a running joke. That was a while ago so they may have improved this a bit but it looks like it is not completely fixed.
