Bad thing is, that Treasure Hunter achievement needs a quest, which occurs after this one, so for now the collection is stalled and impossible to complete.

Do you mean ‘Defend the Pact Team as they search Zho’qafa Catacombs for artifacts’ or something else?

No, its the event : Protect Scholar Breandan while he examines the seabed near Broken Spit (73)

After this event, he becomes merchant and sells one of the items required for Treasure Hunter collection.

Actually, this isnt the quest stalled, but the one that comes before it : Clear Broken Spit of the Risen sea creatures replicating themselves (73)
Its on 6/6 replicators destroyed and 0 risen remaining from 2 days.

Ahh, well Breandan has been fixed many a time. I guess whatever breaks it is difficult to pin down.

Again, most stalled events are best attempted right after a patch. (I’ve purchased said trinket from Breandan.)
