it doesnt work tooltip is broken as well.
expamle: earth shaker w/o sup. para. (3 bars of adrenaline= 2 sec) earth shaker w/ sup para (3 bars of adrenaline =2 sec)
tested in both wvw and pve (haven’t tested it in pvp)
