Reproduceable bug for necromancer, game-breaking in sPVP:
Necromancer 1 and Necromancer 2 both have the Death Magic 20-point Major trait, Reaper’s Protection – VIII When disabled (by stun, daze, knockback, knockdown, sink, float, fear, or launch), nearby foes fear you. This effect can only trigger once every 90 seconds..

  1. Necromancer 1 uses an ability to proc(I used daze from 4-skill on Warhorn to test) Reaper’s Protection on Necromancer 2.
  2. Necromancer 1 becomes feared for 20 seconds rather than intended 1 second ! / Necromancer 2 becomes feared for 1 second, then rooted in place permanently with no conditions on them; loss of movement (can be cleared by a knockdown/push/pull only).

Positive. I’ve been playing almost solely necro and I’ve been rooted numerous times and have been feared for 20 seconds couple of times.

Additionally my buddy guardian fighting nearby experienced the same 20 seconds of fear once. Unfortunately I cannot say what caused it.

I experienced this on my necro as well. Me and another necro kept fearing each other for 20 seconds.

I also experienced this on my mesmer with the mirror of anguish trait. A necro feared me and we both were feared for 20 seconds.
