I just completed today on my ranger the “Forewarned is Forearmed” mission and selected the Penetrating Ring of the Berserker as reward but what I actually got was a plain Penetrating ring with no Ornate Ruby Jewel attached. Could you please fix/replace the ring I received and look into the mission so the same thing doesn’t happen to others as well?
