Buble glider not appearing
I can’t remember if Gliders come as a consumable (likely as they can be purchased as Gifts, and the Heart of Thorns Glider was a consumable), so make sure your mail is cleared out, and not full. Sometimes, mail is stuck behind items/gold to be picked up from the TP, so make sure to clear that out, as well.
You might try logging out completely, and back in.

Sorry a bit of clarification, i have the skin and all, consumed it etc. But when i actually glide it looks like im gliding on nothing. I hear the water noises and move around like i am gliding, just no bubble.
Often, when I glide, it takes awhile for the Glider to actually render, but…
You might, then, try a -repair of the client…or, again, submit a Support Ticket.
