Bug: BLTP not working.
Have you made sure nothing is interfering with the CoherentUI program (virus scan/malware/firewall)? Tried clearing the GW2 cache?

Clearing appdata worked. TY! =)
Somehow, there were 2 GW2 appdata local folders. I didnt’t even think about doing that since i never had any technical trouble with the game in over 2 years.
