Guild Wars 2

I just finished the Knight of the Thorn achievement and went to my (human) home instance to unlock the remaining skins.

When I approached Ridhais, a clicking sound played like a movie was about to start, but I got a black screen instead with only the in-game mouse pointer visible. Nothing happened, so I had to shut down GW2 and restart. After that, my chance to watch that movie was gone.

Can someone tell me what it was about? Unhappy camper here.

No movie played for me; perhaps your client just decided to act up right then.

That’s strange, I didn’t get anything like that when I went back to my human home after completing Knight of the Thorn. I just walked up to her, traded my wep to collect all the skins and left with the GS. No clicking sound, no movie.
