I don’t know if this was intended or not, but there are NPCs all over the world that you can talk to repeatedly and choose a “Personality” option and it actually affects your ranking. I just did it on my Human Warrior in Brisban Wildlands with an NPC named “Gaolen”.
I figured I should report it, just in case it’s not intentional.
I experience the same issues during early personal quest. The choices kept popping back up again and again. I responded each time. I moved my character around a bit, fought some Svanir…and tried to leave through a portal and the choices came back again. I was finally able to leave and came back to Hoelbrak to talk with Shaman and again dialogue popped up repeatedly.
