You can see that with both Potent elixirs and Elite supplies, it is said that you will transform for 24 or 30 seconds (which is logical) but in fact it is only 18 or 25 seconds…
Moreover, the CD is also bugged with fast acting elixirs – it is shown 105 seconds whereas it is in fact 84 seconds.

elixir x is not affected by potent elixirs, only by elite supplies, as it doesn’t truly count as a standard elixir like elixir r or c. it is also unaffected by fast acting elixirs, as once again, it is not truly a standard elixir

It is affected by fast-acting elixirs and potent elixirs.
It is only elite supplies that bug on elixir X.
