Anyone having problem with fine transmutation stones? I have a total of 10 stones in my inventory but it cant be used. I tried to used it on Jotun Greatsword to my Mystic Greatsword but the button is grey off. My friend did the same and he has no problem doing it. We are playing side by side and I did it exactly the way he did it. There are no way that I could have done it in the wrong procedure.

I wrote to support 3 times and there’s no reply. Can anyone please advise me if you encountered the same problem as I did?

Is one of the items equipped? In one of the updates a while back, they disabled transmuting equipped items to prevent a bug. Just unequip first, then transmute, and re-equip.

You have to select the bottom box too. You can’t ‘skip’ out one of the items’ aspects.
