Guild Wars 2

I am standing at the location indicated by the Enormous Foxfire Cluster (which is in my inventory), and when I interact with the Pollen-Rich Zephyr, the only option for me is to Leave. There is no way for me to create the Germinated Foxfire Cluster.

Am I missing something really obvious? Or am I doing something wrong?

I did this around 12 hours ago. No problems. There wasn’t a “patch”… so it may have to do with the beta start
