Not sure if this is a bug or i’m just missing something, but on the utility skill “glyph of lesser elemental” there is a box above the actual skill description that states “locked skill, you cannot use this skill”.

For the life of me i can’t figure out what’s locked on the skill so i’m assuming it’s a visual bug.

Seriously – does anyone know if this is intended and i’m just not seeing the extra skill to combine with this?, i just unlocked the elite version “glyph of elementals” and it has a similar message above it reading “locked skill, you cannot use this while transformed”.

Can someone from Anet let me know if this is a bug please.

Also noticed that if your elemental “times out” (i.e., doesn’t die before the cooldown), he not only dies but also resets the skill cooldown (meaning you have to wait an additional 45 seconds for it to be available.) Not certain that’s WAI.

I just noticed this myself. Anyone know what is locked?

I notice the message all the time but the skill itself is not actually locked, it is still useable.

This is intended, when you cast the skill and the elemental is alive, you will notice the skill is “locked” per say, it has a lock icon on it.
