Quest: Help Charradist Estate Ranchers Attend to Cattle

Pouring water over the stinky cows in this quest doesn’t usually clean them. You have to stand on a very certain spot right above them, or something. Or maybe it’s random. It’s just ridiculously hard to get those cows clean.
Edit: Trying to feed the cows doesn’t usually feed them, either.
