Issue: Issue completing Fight Life-stealing Minions in Hellion Forest heart quest. NPC’s are bugged standing mid way up a tree.

HeartFight Life-stealing Minions in Hellion Forest
All the displaced spirits that I could find are up in a tree preventing completion of this heart because I cannot talk to them. They are too far away.
