Guild Wars 2

I have found a bug in the Achievement Lunatics Regular Inquisition. I completed this achievement but it is not in the list of the living. While in Summary is completed. So many that I have also received the reward. I have only had this problem? Thank you.

I have the same issue, I have completed Lunatics Inquisition Regular achievement three times but I never get credit, I am currently stuck at 11/13 Blood and Madness.
